Legend of the Green Leupak

First, the copyright data.
Legend of the Green Leupak is a derivative work of Legend of the Green Dragon (using version 0.9.5 pre-release) (click here for further information), with sections of the code expressly written by Austin Cushing of Lab Arc Designs. To learn more about Legend of the Green Dragon, visit its page at http://lotgd.net/ or check out the GPL license under which this revised game has been constructed.

Now that you're here, let's talk a bit more about the game itself. Legend of the Green Leupak is, simply put, a derivative of a derivative, a strangely addictive text-based game with the titular antagonist being the colossal beast known as the True Green Leupak. However, a deeper plotline, more NPC interactions, special events, tougher monsters with special moves, more areas to explore once you've finally tamed the savage beast, monsters that develop as you do, and some things that are just plain odd or neat set Legend of the Green Leupak apart from the fold. Why not create a character and see for yourself what this game has to offer?

By playing this game, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, which consist of the following:
1) You agree that you are authorized to view mature content. Although Legend of the Green Leupak does not contain explicit content, per se, it can get bawdy at times. Furthermore, Lab Arc Designs claims no responsibility for what other people might say to you, although we would appreciate it if you remained civil.
2) You agree that the admins have the right to fix any 'gamebreaking' bugs -- flaws in the game that give unfair and/or unintended advantages -- whenever, and wherever necessary, and correct user accounts as necessary to rebalance matters. This means that if you happen to discover an easy way to make 20,000 gold a day without significant effort, you don't get the right to complain when it gets removed from the game, or if the amount of money in your bank account is reduced to balance things out.
3) You agree that if you have any problem with the game, you will attempt to have this problem addressed through normal channels of communication. There are at least five ways to communicate with the administrators - petition, Ye Olde Mail to Arc Legarro, AIM message to Aus the Gamer, post to the Leup community at http://leup.livejournal.com/, or email to somenameaus@yahoo.com - and we welcome all comments and questions. So give us a buzz if you've got a problem, hm?
4) You agree that your character is an original creation, and is not a direct derivative of any copyrighted or legendary character, nor of intellectual property used without the owner's permission. If you are found to be violating this condition in a grossly annoying manner, you agree to correct it upon request, or have it corrected directly if necessary. 5) By playing a character or otherwise submitting any form of content to Legend of the Green Leupak or Lab Arc Designs, you give Lab Arc Designs and all subsidiaries the right to use these submissions in any way it deems fit, including but not limited to game content, news postings, and other game-related situations.

This game requires that you have a functional e-mail address; however, you are not limited in the number of accounts that you can play as. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact somenameaus@yahoo.com and request to have it forwarded or otherwise have your account activated; I generally receive all 'cannot be delivered' mails. Please include the email address you were attempting to use and your username when contacting us.
